Booking Conditions – Staying at Riekje

To ensure your stay runs as smoothly as possible, we apply the following booking conditions:

1. Reservation

A reservation becomes final once the invoice has been paid.

After receiving your payment, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation.

2. Payment

Payment must be made within the period stated on the invoice.

The price is per night and excludes tourist tax, unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, part or all of the amount may be charged.

In case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be given.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is possible between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Check-out must take place before 11:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

Guests are responsible for the careful use of the apartment and its inventory.

Any damage or missing items may be charged.

6. Use of the apartment

The apartment may only be used for recreational stays.

Parties, events, or disturbances are not allowed.

7. Force majeure

In case of force majeure, we reserve the right to change or cancel a reservation. Of course, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
