House Rules – Staying at Riekje

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to observe the following house rules:

1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is possible between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Please check out before 11:00 AM.

Upon departure, the key may be left inside the apartment.

2. Number of guests

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment.

3. Peace and respect for the surroundings

We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

4. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden; please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.

5. Pets

Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Damage and breakage

If something accidentally breaks, please let us know. We will always find a solution together.

7. Leaving the apartment tidy

We kindly ask you to leave the apartment neat and tidy upon departure.

8. Safety

When leaving, please close all windows and doors and switch off appliances and lights if necessary.

9. Visitors

Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays without permission are not allowed.

10. Parking

Free parking is available at the apartment.

Electric charging is available for a fee.
